Hear the stories of Australian footballs most passionate fans

Petr Kuzmin: When it turned out that the Socceroos would play in my home city of Samara, it felt like two very important but distant parts of my life and identity were coming together , so I wanted to do something special.

@TPORankings: It’s very easy to say ‘that won’t work’. It’s much harder, but infinitely more rewarding, to ask ‘how can that work?

Hey #sokkahtwitter — I’ll ask again. I have about 20 hours work for a researcher sorting my files. I can only pay $15 an hour (until I get some funding). Ideally for a history/sports studies student. You’ll also get a heap of cast off books and photocopied articles/reports.

Brisbane hosting the Olympics means Australia hosting 2 Olympic football tournaments, in addition to the 2023 Women's WC.

Good times. Much to prepare for, and a legacy to be developed. @FootballAUS
